The Nike Ja 3 Max Volume (GS) is the youth-size version of the third signature model for Ja Morant — engineered to deliver his on-court explosiveness in a smaller, sneaker-friendly format. The upper uses breathable Hyper Pink mesh, overlaid with sculpted TPU panels that create a jagged “scratch” motif, echoing the ferocity and energy of Ja’s playing style.
Prominent on the lateral side is a vertically placed Swoosh in Mint Foam, which extends onto the midsole — from some angles, the design spells out “JA,” a clever nod to the player behind the shoe.
Underfoot, the sneaker features a full-length midsole made with ZoomX foam (partly constructed from recycled scraps), offering responsive cushioning and energy return — ideal for quick cuts, explosive jumps, or general comfort during extended wear.
The outsole uses a new micro-traction pattern — inspired by a “bulldog” tread — designed for grip and stability on court surfaces, helping with speed and directional changes.
